Q&A: ICC-500T PV display 0

Please turn off the ICC-500T, plug the probe into another probe port, then turn the ICC-500T on. Please ensure that the probe is not blocked by other objects. Wait for 2-3 minutes and it will display the CO2 reading.

Have the same problem here with the S01 sensor. The first day it runs normaly, but one day later PV displays only 70 and outside at fresh air 0. I need to calibrate in CA mode to +400 at fresh air outside to get next to right numbers. Plugget the probe to other port, but it doesnt helps. Please, any ideas?

Hello,
Please check that the white stickers on the probe are intact.

Please change the probe port and restart ICC-500T. Please make sure the probe plug is not loose.
Will it show a reading after waiting 2-3 minutes?
If not, please provide photos of the problem and order information to email support@inkbird.com for after-sales service.
