Is it possible to have different irrigation programs? For example in Hunter programmer there were 3 programs. I would like to irrigate a zone 10 min in the morning and 3 min in the afternoon.

Perhaps you could take a look at the IIC-401-WIFI model? It’s programmed on a schedule basis, it can set different start times and irrigation durations for the same zone. However, please note that only one zone can operate at a time, and their times cannot overlap.
If it’s model IIC-600-WIFI/IIC-800-WIFI/IIC-400-WIFI, it’s programmed on a zone basis, for the same zone, only the same irrigation duration can be set. They cannot meet your requirements.
