Is there a public API to use with ITC 308 wifi?

Hi,
I have a few ITC 308 wifi in my home used to control my veer brewing process. I want to create a nice dashboard for all of the sensors and thought about getting their temps using an API but I can’t find any and the protocol used is proprietary.
Has anyone tackled this issue before?
