Hi
I have an inkbird plus ITC 306A, that came with x2 300W titanium heaters. One heater has E7 error flashing. I have tried the following and been unsuccessful so far.
- Unplugged heater for 48hours
- Unplugged controller
- cleaned the heater
- Moved the heater to a different location in aquarium.
- Moved the controller sensors from the aquarium to the sump with the heaters.
Both heaters have been intermittently showing E7 error since the items were near new, the first time it happened I tried to remove the heater from the suction cups and the jolt seemed to remedy it, so on several occasions I found that moving the heater a little would remove the code and it would start working again. But now, one heater is stuck with the E7 and nothing I do seems to remedy it. One heater is working and the other is E7. Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.
Thanks
