I just got Inkbird IAQM 128W for air quality monitoring, but it does not retain power even after charging it for several hours. When it eventually shows the battery full, it discharged power in less than one hour. Is there anything wrong with the instrument?

Please understand that the battery has a limited charge, it is recommended to be used with the charger plugged in.

do I have always to allow the Inkbird IAQM 128W to always run for 24hrs each time I want to download data from it?
I allowed it to run initially for 24hrs and downloaded the data. after using it in another location and wanting to download the data, it did not download. Your assistance pls.

My IAQM-128W have stopped connecting with the CH340 software to download data. i even try installing the CH341 but the interface could not come up though it says driver install success. kindly assist. Thank you
