I can’t figure out how to set internal temps on the 2 exterior probes. Could somebody give me more details? Also on the app on my android, i don’t see the differenent cuts of meats as though I might be able to do the temp through that.

If two external temperature probes are inserted, the reading of the internal temperature probe will be replaced and the screen of the IHT-2PB will display the readings of the two external temperature probes in turn.
You are able to change the target temperature setting of the external temperature probe via the app or the IHT-2PB button.
May I know are you using the INKBIRD APP?
Do you mean you can’t see these options?
If yes, is it possible to provide a screenshot of the phone model and the problem?
