Hi, my ich-200 wifi humidity sensor reading is stuck on 45.2, regardless of the humidity. The 45.2 reading has not changed at all since I unboxed it. Any ideas as to whats wrong? Thanks.
Hello,
Please use a hair dryer to dry the IHC-200-WIFI probe and restart the IHC-200-WIFI.
If it still has this problem, please provide photos of the problem and order information to email support@inkbird.com for after-sales service.
I have just bought the 200 wifi, 308 wifi and Inkbird reptile humidifier. 308 works as it should do, as does the humidifier. However, although the 200 functions correctly, the reading from the sensor is 45.6 no matter what the conditions are in the test chamber.
I have dried the sensor with a hair dryer and done a reset, twice but it makes no differece. I have also switched it off over night and checked in the morning with no change.

My IHC-200 now has a permanent low noise. This noise is a type of “low frequency hum” or a ¨droning sound". It started aboiut one month ago. I disconnected the controller and restarte it but the noise is still there. Thanks in advance
