The pool thermometer is displaying on the IBS-M2 (“gateway”) as well as the internal home temperature. The internal home temperature displays on the mobile app (Android, updated to current version) but the mobile app does not display the pool thermometer. It seems the app is connected to the gateway (because the home temp is displayed on the mobile app) and the gateway is connected to the pool thermometer (the pool thermometer is displayed on the gateway). How do I get both to display on my mobile app?

When using IBS-M2 and sensors for the first time, users need to manually add the sensors through the INKBIRD app.
Please note that it is added through the INKBIRD app → IBS-M2 settings page.
Instead of adding sensors through the ‘+’ in the upper right corner of the INKBIRD app homepage.

Responding as I had a similar issue and moderator answered about a pool sensor that is different than I had (and i didnt see you mention which pool floatie). In the app, you need to first make sure the drop down is on the right location. Then under “all devices” youll see the gateway. It seems like the floatie is not there, but you simply need to tap on the box around the gateway info, and it will pop up details-then all you need to do is swipe left, which toggles between this gateway (illustrated by home icon up above) and your floatie pool thermometer (illustrated by a circle with the number 1 in it at the top of the screen). Ive found the app to be not user friendly. Hope that helps.
