I recerived 2 new IAQM-129’s and both displays have flashing numbers for AQI (7 and 14) and PM2.5 (005 and 010) after completing all settings. Is this normal? If not what has to be done to correct for a non flashing value to be displayed? Thanks.

I have the same problem. Can you suggest something? Brand new and I am probably just going to return it if I don’t hear something soon.
Of the two units (black and white and both with the same “back and forth” measurement readings), the black one suddenly started working fine. This was after about 2 to 3 weeks of continuous operation. It is still working fine after 6+ months of operation. The white unit finally had the screen go into a wild flashing pattern while still doing the “back and forth” readings as I had stated in my original posting. I asked for a replacement under warranty. They sent a new one once their supply was replenished. The new one started out with the same problem (alternating readings) but after about 48 hours, it stabilized and has been working fine for over a month of continuous use. I would suggest sending the defective unit back and ask for a replacement. Then give the replacement unit a “burn in” period of time to see if it stabilizes. Good luck.
