Hi, I recently bought my inkbird thermometer INT-11P-B but when I tried to choose the cooking style I couldn’t find Brisket or “Top sirloin cap,” “rump cover,” “rump cap,” or “culotte”. Does anyone have experience with this style and how could it be resolved? Regards.
