I am excited to share with you my experience and review on the new INKBIRD INT-11P-B Wireless Meat Thermometer!
I found this thermometer very simple to use. Last Sunday we decided to smoke a spatchcock turkey. Once the turkey was ready to be pulled off, I decided to check the internal temperature with my other instant-read meat thermometer. The results were within a few degrees in several different spots. So, I was happy with that. The Turkey was cooked perfectly and turned out super juicy. 
Overall, I thought the INKBIRD INT-11P-B Wireless thermometer performed very well. It is simple to use, made with quality materials, and was accurate.
