Cannot connect ITH-20R-O

I cannot connect the ITH-20 R-O to the app. And it is not listed in the app. I do have the IBS – M2S added to the app, but that’s as far as I can go

Please search and add sub-devices through the ‘+’ in the upper right corner of the IBS-M2S setting page.

Please do not search for the device through the ‘+’ in the upper right corner of the INKBIRD app homepage. It cannot directly add ITH-20R-O.
