I am in the middle of a cook and all of a sudden the app is showing no data at all. It’s recognizing the controller but the screen is blanked out. I started from scratch as I noticed there was a new app. Successfully connected via WiFi but same results.

Just to confirm, are you using the latest version of INKBIRD APP?
Please provide product model, phone model and phone system version. Please make sure the probe is inserted into the product port and not loose.
