Service center and where to buy INKBIRD INK-VS02 accessories - sponge, sealing strip?

2 questions:

  1. Where do I buy the INKBIRD INK-VS02 accessories (eg sponge, sealing strip etc)? My vacuum sealer does not seem to work properly and I am think of changing these parts.

  2. Is there a INKBIRD service center in Singapore so that I can approach them for help?
