ITC-310T-B Temperature limit because of thermometer?

Hey,

I’m in need of a smart temperature controller with temperatures between 0 - 200 °C (32 - 392°F). Can the ITC-310T-B handle those temperatures, when i change the thermometer? Or ist it software limited?

Sorry, the temperature range that the ITC-310T-B probe can detect is: -50~120 °C / -58~248 °F
The maximum heating/cooling differential it can be set is 15°C/ 30°F.
