I have connected my new IIC 800 WiFi Irrigation Control to Alexa over the Smart Life Skill.
But i have only the Option to start or shut down the whole IIC. Is there a way to start the Irrigation on a specific Zone?
Like: “Alexa, start watering Zone 3 for 15 minutes”
With Alexa, you can power on and off the inkbird, as you can any other stupid electric device. However, for you being able to program zones, the software developer would need to provide an API, enabling other apps to execute commands on the Inkbird. It is very unfortunate that no such API is available, severely limiting the usefulness of any Inkbird. Complain to the company and write a review in the google app store.
