Help tuning the ITC-106vh

Hi there,

I added the Inkbird-106vh to my single vrass boiler espresso machine. Did some autotuning from cold start, at set value and from recovery moment (after pulling espresso).

For some reason while returning to set value, the PV temperature overshoots the set value by 15-20c.

Can someone please give some hints how to tune the PID, to lower overshooting (3-6c should be normal).

I don’t quite understand which parameter (CTL, P, I D) should be changed, if it should be increased or decreased, and to what valuer range (10,25,50,100 etc) I should change.

Thanks for help, if any more information is needed, I happy to share.
