I have this PID set to cut the control current output at 70 degrees. Can I set it to turn back on at 65 degrees so that it does not cycle on and off a bunch of times?

Maybe you can see if the on/off mode meets your needs?
SV=67.5 [calculate method: (70-65)/2 +65]
dF=2.5
CtrL=0
Others are factory defaults.
