I see 2 water leak sensors will be avail soon (IRS-WD1 and IWS-WD1). Will either be compatible with the IBS-M1 (gen 2) and if so which one would be better? And is there any timeline on when they will be avail for purchase?

Hello,
The IRS-WD1 can be connected to the IBS-M1 (gen 2), but the alarm function will be limited. It is recommended for use with the new model of the gateway, the IBS-M2.
The IWS-WD1 is able to connect directly to the app via 2.4GHz wifi, it does not need to be used with the gateway.
They are expected to be available for sale next month.
