# Q: What can you do when ISV-100W needs to be tilted to work properly?

A: ① Please make sure the water has exceeded the minimum fill line.  
② Please remove the plastic water pump cap carefully, then check if there are any problems with the water leaves.  
③ If the water pump is tilted as below, please detach the stainless steel column and reinstall it.
