Hi, When turning it on, I’m getting -37c When putting it in boiling watter, it goes up a little bit but definitely not to 100. Trying to calibrate did not help. Is it broken? ---

Hello, May I know is it the first time to use it? Has it been cleaned? Is there any water in it? What would it read if you put it in boiling water? ---

No, I use it more than a year and I had no problem. It is not wet and was not cleaned In boiling water it shows 14c ---
