I’m using an ITC 1000 for a maple sap vacuum system. I want the power to a pump turned on at 35 degrees and turned off at 31 degrees. I understand how to set these values, but I can’t figure how how to switch from heating mode (which I don’t use) to cooling mode.

Hello,
Please refer to:
TS is the target temperature, and DS is the temperature difference value.
When the temperature reaches/ higher than TS+DS, it will turn on the cooling output, and turn off at TS.
For example, if you want to control a cooler to maintain temperature range 31°C~35°C. Please set TS=31, DS=4.
When the temperature reaches/ above 35°C (TS+DS), it will turn on the cooler, turn off at 31°C.
