# ISV-100 W timer malfunctions, how to fix?

Hello, my ISV-100 W machine continued to run even after the timer countdown ended. This problem makes my cooking much longer than I want.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,  
When the countdown is over, the ISV-100W will sound an alarm, please turn off the heating manually in time. It will not turn off the heating automatically.

Use the app, and you can turn it off remotely when it notifies you.
