# Isc-027bw probe not connected

Trying to set up my isc-027bw, it shows connected. When I click on it all I get is probe not connected.

Hello,  
The ISC-027BW distinguishes between the controller’s connection and the probe connection.  
If it indicates a probe is not connected, please check if the probe is inserted correctly: push the probe plug firmly into the port to avoid gaps. If only individual probes fail to connect, please swap the probes to see if the problem is specific to that probe.
