# ISC-027BW Grill reading Help

I can’t get this to change. Probe plugged in not plugged in it reads 300 degrees constantly. I’ve tried a reset and it prompts me to upgrade firmware from v1.0.0 to v1.0.6 it appears to complete then the temp reading drops to 0 then immediately goes back  
To 300. I reset again and again it says update firmware! It’s like Groundhog Day! Food probes temps work perfectly. How can I fix this?

Sorry to hear that it brings you inconvenience.  
Regarding ISC-027BW firmware upgrade, please make sure that the ISC-027BW is connected to the INKBIRD app, and then follow the steps below to complete the firmware update:

1. Please disconnect the power of ISC-027BW.
2. Press and hold the button of ISC-027BW.
3. While holding the button, reconnect the power supply.
4. Release the button when the status LED alternates between red and green.
5. Please make sure the WIFI indicator of ISC-027BW is blue and solid, which means it is connected to INKBIRD app.
6. Open the INKBIRD app, select ISC-027BW.
7. Please follow the on-screen firmware upgrade prompt to complete the process.
