# INKBIRD IBT-4BW to IOS phone does not send alarms

INKBIRD IBT-4BW to IOS phone does not send alarms, the device has alarms sounding, but I thought the alarm would also be send to app?

Hello,  
May I know the app you are using is BBQ GO PRO？  
Please make sure the app permission and notification permission are turned on in the phone settings. app notification setting is turned on. Please try turning the ringtone of your phone to the maximum. When the alarm is triggered, will it have a sound?  
If no, is it possible to replace it with the INKBIRD app?
