I installed it yesterday and replaced the old one. (another brand)
I only have two zones. 1 and 2. The connections are correct.
The programming is set with an interval of 30 minutes. Everyday.
Why do the two zones start at the same time? Manually or programmed?

I have also noted that zones 3,4 5, and 6, activate zones 1 and 2 if non-connected to a valve.

Thanks.

Hello,
Please make sure the water valve you are using is 24VAC, 1A. It cannot be 24VDC.
Please check that the water valve wiring is correct: the valve will have two wires, one needs to connect to the C port, and the other to a different numbered port. For example, the first valve connects to port C and #1, the second valve connects to port C and #2, the third valve connects to port C and #3, and so on. The same water valve is not connected to multiple zones.
If the problem persists, is it possible to provide an email to [support@inkbird.com](mailto:support@inkbird.com) with the order information, and a short video showing the wiring of the IIC-600-WIFI & that it will turn on multiple zones simultaneously?
Please don’t worry, they will provide the next after-sales service.

Thanks.
