# Erasing graphics

happy with my INT-14-BW but how do I

erase the graphics the probes make

Hello,  
Please set a target meat temperature for each cooking session. Once the target temperature is reached, an option to end cooking will appear. Upon selection, it will be saved as a historical cooking record. This means that when you begin the next cooking session, it will not retain any previous history.
