# Connecting ITH-21-B to IBS-M-2 gateway. Please help me!

I have tried everything but I still cannot add my ITH-21-B hygrometer to the IBS M2 gateway. CN anyone please help me. I go under the M2 and press add subdevice and it searches but doesn’t find the ITH-21-B

Hello,  
Please note that the supported sensor models for IBS-M2 are: IBS-TH1, IBS-TH2, IBS-TH2 PLUS, IBS-P01B, ITH-20R-O, IBS-P01R-O, IRS-WD1, ITH-12S, IBS-P02R-O.  
It is not supported ITH-21-B.  
The gateway that supports ITH-21-B will be released in the future.
