Using both probes with the ITC-608T, (humidity and temperature probes), is possible to wire a fan in a chicken coop to regulate temperature and humidity?

If this controller doesn’t support it, what other controller would you recommend to achieve my goal of controlling a single device (fan) which would reduce humidity or temperature when it exceeds a certain threshold especially during the cold season (winter).

Sorry, the temperature and humidity control of the INKBIRD controller are independent, they cannot control the temperature and humidity of the same device.
