Hi, I just enabled the IBS-M1 gateway with the pool thermometer IBS-P01. Using the Inkbird Pro app on my iphone 12 I can see the gateway and the temperature of the pool. I can set high and low alarms that are correctly activated and I see an alarm setting in the APP. However, I do not get a push notification that the alarm has been activated. The settings on the APP and on my iphone have Push Notifications enabled, but nothing happens. Please help.

My IBS-M1lost connectiveity with my IBS-P01R. I tried moving them close to my router for a reset but now the IBS-M1 does not appear to turn on. It lights very breifly when plugged in but then goes dead. I have tried the top wifi reset but does nothing. I have also pressed the small reset button on the side which many posts say NOT to. Any suggestions or is my IBS-M1 dead?
